I am making this to clear the air on the common misconception of making rules for adoptables, also to help EVERYONE involved. Recently I have been making a lot of anti-seller journals that make me seem super shady, but I am on both sides.
You are not protected if you have your rules in your adoptables' description, ending with a, "You agree to these terms upon purchase." That is not enough to protect you, especially in court.
